Our Story
GT Language Services LLC was established in Tbilisi, Georgia in November 2017, based on its founder Dr. Gigi Tsiklauri’s more than 20 years of experience in the industry who has teamed up with and led the most experienced group of Georgian and international linguists constantly aspiring to provide the partners with the best possible service at the most affordable rates.
Working primarily with the English, Georgian and Russian languages, the company has offered its partners interpreting, translation, editing and related services. Since its foundation, the company has been focused on delivering quality services in a sustainable manner and experienced annual growth and advancement in terms of projects served and associates acquired.
The Founder
The company Founding Director, Dr. Gigi Tsiklauri has worked as in-house and freelance interpreter and translator since 1997. Working as a U.S. Department of State Foreign Service National, from May 2002 to February 2016 he served as the U.S. Ambassador’s Translator in Tbilisi, Georgia. Mr. Gigi Tsiklauri holds a PhD Degree in American Studies from Tbilisi based International Black Sea University and teaches U.S. Foreign Policy at two leading universities in the country as adjunct professor. He is proud to be a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia, loves traveling, playing tennis, exploring new sites, and meeting people.
